I want to use Telemax service as a residential user (home user)...
I want to be a PREPAID customer, to recharge credit when I need it, to talk for slightly higher prices but I don't need to sign any contracts...
I have broadband Internet access like ADSL, Cable or Wireless (WiFi) connection...
I want to use VoIP from home, accessing Telemax IP network via my fast Internet connection...
First solution is to use free PC Phone which you can download on our site under Support/PC Phone menu. Advantage of this solution is that you do not have any initial investment in VoIP device. Disadvantages of this solution are: computer has to be on while you are talking, less comfort and a lower quality of sound related to standalone VoIP phone. Also, if your computer has some difficulties (lagging, viruses, spywares etc.), all this can reflect on the conversation quality (interruptions, delays etc.).
Second solution is using a VoIP phone (desk or wireless). Disadvantage of this solution is that you have to make initial investment in buying a device (price depends on a chosen model). Advantages of this solutions are better quality of conversation, PC does not have to be turned on while talking and wider comfort in usage (eg. if it is a wireless VoIP phone you can walk around tour apartment while talking). If you choose this solution, you can choose a device and order them under Products/VoIP Phones menu.

For usage from your mobile phone you will need an M-dialer which is placed inside your mobile phone together with your SIM card. Calling from mobile phone will include both our international tariff and a cost of calling our access point that is charged by your GSM operator to call our 064 access point. And still when those two prices per minute are summed together, it is much cheaper then to call abroad directly from mobile phone. All details about M-dialer you can see in Products/Automatic Dialers menu.

I do not have broadband Internet access. I am using dial-up connection to the Internet...
I wish to use VoIP from home using my dial-up Internet connection...
You can use free PC phone which can be downloaded from our site in Support/PC Phone menu. If your phone line is of good quality and dial-up connection is stable, it should give you good call quality. Please be aware that sometimes dial-up connection is slow and with interruptions so the call quality can be influenced.
If you are not satisfied with call quality over your dial-up connection, you can always choose F-dialer that is not using Internet link but your phone line to access our system and afterwards the call is converted to VoIP on our side. With this solution, good quality is guaranteed but also there is a slightly higher price per minute due to additional cost of calling to our access point according to the price of your landline operator for calls to 011 prefix number. When these to prices per minute are summed it is still a lot cheaper then making international calls directly from your landline. If you choose an automatic dialer you can see and order it underProducts/Automatic Dialers menu.

I want to use VoIP service as a business user (company)...
At our business premises we have Internet link that is not fully loaded with other activities (email, web, VPN etc.) or if it is we will install additional link (or upgrade bandwidht of existing one)...
There is up to 3 persons in our company which would use VoIP for calling abroad and for our needs buying few VoIP phones would be sufficient...
The best solution for you company is to buy one or two wireless VoIP phones (Siemens CE450IP or C470IP), so that employees can make international calls when needed by using VoIP phones.
There are more then 3 persons that will need VoIP communication and we want to integrate VoIP with our existing PBX so that we can use VoIP from our existing desk phones...
Solution for you is integration of your PBX with proper VoIP Gateway device. Which device is used will depend on your needs for number of simultaneous international calls, number of ports, existing phone lines on your PBX etc. Please call our Customer service 011/340-2222 and ask for our technical consultant regarding integration of PBX with VoIP.
There is no Internet link on our company site (or there is one but cannot be used for VoIP)...
The only solution for you is adding F-dialer(s) to your PBX (or certain phones). What is the necessary number and model of dialer(s) depends on your need of simultaneous number of international calls, number of ports, existing phone lines on PBX etc. Please call our Customer service 011/340-2222 and ask for our technical consultant regarding integration of PBX with VoIP.
