SBB preuzeo Telemax

želimo da vas obavestimo da je od kompanije Maxtira doo, uslugu telefoniranja Telemax, od 02.06.2010. zvanično preuzeo SBB (SERBIA BROADBAND - SRPSKE KABLOVSKE MREŽE DOO).

Preuzimanje je rezultat ukrupnjavanja tržišta telekomunikacija u Srbiji, a SBB je prepoznao Telemax kao vodećeg operatora VoIP telefonije u 2009. godini, na osnovu količine saobraćaja prema inostranstvu, široke palete i kvaliteta usluga koje pruža, kao i brzine i stručnosti podrške pružene korisnicima.
Kompletan Telemax tim prelazi u SBB i vaša usluga Telemax telefoniranja nastavlja se normalno i bez prekida. Sa vaše strane nije potrebna nikakva intervencija povodom ovog obaveštenja.
Promene koje ćete uskoro primetiti su drugačiji izgled računa (od julskog računa), broj računa na koji se vrši plaćanje, promena logo-a na web portalu i sl. Svi postpejd korisnici će u jednom trenutku potpisati i novi ugovor sa SBB-om, a svaki korisnik će pravovremeno biti kontaktiran sa naše strane i novi ugovor biće dostavljen na potpisivanje lično, kako biste na vaša eventualna pitanja mogli odmah da dobijete i konkretne odgovore.
O svim drugim promenama, npr. broja za tehničku podršku, kontakt osobe, email adrese i sl. ćemo vas takođe pravovremeno obavestiti.
Sa infrastrukturom i resursima SBB-a, u narednim mesecima očekuju vas mnoge nove usluge sa naše strane, kao i veća sigurnost i pouzdanost usluga sa renomiranim imenom SBB-a na tržištu telekomunikacija u Srbiji i regionu. Sigurni smo da ćete biti prijatno iznenađeni!

CallingTelemax users with F or M dialers

based on a survey we conducted recently, we found out some functionality that you are missing and started working on it.
The first thing you requested is that TELEMAX users can call each other, when using F or M dialers. This is possible now.
The user you are calling must be on IP network (registered and active PC phone, ATA adapter or VoIP phone) in order to reach him.
Calling TELEMAX users with F or M dilers is the same as you are calling the number abroad.
When you are calling abroad you dial 00 + country code + number. TELEMAX users you can be reached by dialing 009999xxxxxx (it means 00 + TELEMAX user number).
If you have dialed with 3 zeros (000 + country code + number), TELEMAX users you can be reached by dialing 0009999xxxxxx (it means 000 + TELEMAX user number).
This method of calling is valid only for calls from M and F diler, while dialing from VoIP phone or adapter you only dial 9999xxxxxx.

Telemax granted VoIP license by RATEL
01.01.2009On 30.12.2008. Telemax was granted a VoIP license no. 1010-3/1 issued by RATEL (Republic Telecommunications Agency). With this license, VoIP service becomes legal in Serbia. In accordance with the new regulations, current postpaid customers will receive a new Subscription Contract to sign, while existing residential users will now be able to become postpaid users also.
